17 people killed due to road accident in Khairpur
At least 17 people were killed and seven others injured in a road mishap in Khairpur on Monday.
The ill-fated incident took place near Shah Hussain village in Khairpur on Monday morning when a coal-laden truck overturned on a passenger van, killing 17 people on the spot and wounding seven others.
Rescue teams reached spot after the incident and shifted the bodies and injured people to a local hospital.
