The accountability court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of the assets beyond income reference case filed against former finance minister Ishaq Dar by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in line with the Supreme Court directive in the Panamagate case till January 18.
The accountability court (AC) judge Muhammad Bashir resumed hearing of the case.
During the proceedings, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) special prosecutor submitted a copy of the Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) stay order to the accountability court.
The court later adjourned the hearing until January 18.
Dar is accused of possessing assets disproportionate to his declared sources of income.
