Bajaur Agency: Remote-controlled bomb killed 2 and leave 25 injured

At least two people were killed and 25 others injured as a remote-controlled bomb went off in Charmang Valley, Bajaur Agency on Friday.

It could not yet be ascertained who the target of the blast was. According to initial reports, the deceased were pedestrians.

Immediately after the blast, law enforcers reached the site and cordoned off the area. A search operation has also been launched to arrest the culprits behind the blast.

The deceased and injured have been shifted to Bajaur’s Agency Headquarter Hospital.

No group has claimed responsibility for the blast thus far.
