ISLAMABAD (PAK TIMES): A two-member bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) is set to hear a petition seeking the disqualification of chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan under Article 62 of the Constitution.
The divisional bench comprising Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui will hear the case against the chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

However, Imran Khan has expressed reservation on a two-member bench hearing his disqualification case and decided to raise an objection on the two-member bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Imran Khan’s counsel will approach the Islamabad High Court (IHC) for the formation of a new bench to hear the case.
According to PTI Chief, Justice Athar Minallah was the spokesperson of former chief justice Iftikhar Chaudhry, whereas Justice Shaukat Aziz has personal grudges against Imran Khan.
