ISLAMABAD (PAK TIMES): The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has directed on Thursday to stage the oath-taking ceremony in a simple manner.
The guests will be served with tea and biscuits in the oath-taking ceremony to be held at the President House Islamabad on August 18. Imran Khan has also directed to avoid any unnecessary burden on the national exchequer in this regard.
Only a few close friends of Imran Khan will be invited to participate the oath-taking ceremony. There will be no show of extravagance at the event.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf emerged as the single largest party in the elections held on July 25 in the country and he will be sworn-in as Prime Minister on August 18.
