Las Vegas shooter’s girlfriend arrived at US, shoot transferred $100,000 to her account

An official of law enforcement said that the girlfriend of the shooter in Las Vegas has arrived in the United States and met with federal agents at the airport.

The official said in his statement that Marilou Danley on Tuesday night arrived at Los Angeles International Airport and was met with agents of Federal Bureau-Investigation.

The official was not authorized to discuss the matter publicly and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.

The Clark County Sheriff has said Danley is considered a “person of interest” after her boyfriend, Stephen Paddock, opened fire from his hotel room, killing 58 people at a musical performance.

Stephen Paddock, Las Vegas shooter has transferred $100,000 to the account of his girlfriend in the Philippines who traveled there last month, authorities said on Wednesday, citing the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

“Danley arrived in the Philippines last month, and after that, there was a wire transfer of $100,000 to her account from Stephen,” The Philippines’ National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) spokesman told AFP.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has coordinated with the Philippines office of Interpol to look for her.

Stephen Paddock, a 64-year-old gambler, and a retired accountant killed 58 people and injured at least 527 people when he comes up with a vast arsenal of weapons to shoot people at a Las Vegas concert from a room the f hotel on Sunday.
