Mashal Khan’s father to move the Peshawar High Court for justice

Father of Mashal Khan, who was lynched by a mob in Abdul Wali Khan University, has announced to move the Peshawar High Court for justice, demanding the arrest of the absconding accused.

Addressing a press conference in Birmingham on Wednesday, he said that the accused are visible from the pictures and footage. “The police arrested 58 accused, out of total 61.”

He said that Imran Khan had promised to name the Mardan University after Mashal Khan, but it could not be fulfilled.
