Lahore: Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has on Wednesday met with former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif at his residence in Jati Umrah.
During the meeting, they discussed the process of appointment of the new chairman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
In the meeting, they have discussed the party affairs and preparations and strategy for the upcoming general election in the coming year 2018.
According to the sources, both of the leaders agreed to continue the policy of reconciliation with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).
Federal Minister of Pakistan Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique and Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal also had a meeting with former ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. In this meeting, the Ministers briefed him (Nawaz Sharif) over disputation with Pakistan Rangers outside the Judicial Complex.
