Former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif on Thursday urged the nation to stand up if they want real democracy in the country.
In an informal conversation with journalists outside accountability court, Sharif maintained that they acted with restraint and patience at the time of protests.
“I could have dismissed my subordinate but I managed the affairs with endurance. I told the court what has to be said. Facts must come to limelight,” he asserted.
Nawaz Sharif pronounced everything has its time and I gave the statements yesterday to bring forth the truth.
“Sacking Pervez Rashid and Mushahidullah was a part of devastation,” declared the PML-N supremo.
