Pakistan willing to talk with Afghanistan and India, says PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said any talks with India or Afghanistan will be held on the basis of parity.

In an interview, he said he supports dialogue with New Delhi and Kabul without compromising Pakistan’s interests.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said it has been a duty of the government to provide security to political leaders.

He said the entire world acknowledges that Pakistan has successfully materialized the LNG project.

To a question, the Prime Minister said Pakistan cannot make progress without having peace and tranquility in Karachi. He ruled out any deal for garnering MQM’s support in his election.
