According to the local news channel Dunya News, Prime Minister Imran Khan has demanded the resignation of Sindh Assembly Leader of the Opposition Firdous Shamim Naqvi.

The local TV said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had demanded the resignation of Firdous Shamim Naqvi on anti-government statement. It may be recalled that 12 days ago, Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly and PTI leader Firdous Shamim Naqvi lashed out at Prime Minister Imran Khan over the gas crisis in Karachi and then apologized to his leaders and workers a few hours later.

Opposition leader in the Sindh Assembly and PTI leader Firdous Shamim Naqvi criticized his own government over the gas shortage in Karachi, saying he did not care whether the government belonged to the PTI or the PML-N. He said that gas delivery in Karachi is not right, listen to Prime Minister Imran Khan, listen to Umar Ayub and Nadeem Babar, they will now embarrass them all.

Firdous Shamim Naqvi further said that there is some shame, two years have passed, solve the gas problem.
