Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and PM Imran’s close aide Awn Chaudhry has been appointed as an adviser to Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar, ARY News reported on Wednesday.

According to a notification issued by Punjab government, Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar has appointed Awn Chaudhry, Abdul Haye Dasti, Faisal Hayat and Muhammad Hanif as his advisers.

Chaudhry, who is considered a close friend of PM Imran Khan, thanked the premier and the party for their “continued trust” in his abilities.
