Police filed case against Sheikh Rasheed and others

A case has been registered against the Chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed for violating the ban on the fireworks.

As per the FIR details, the police have nominated the at least 23 suspects including Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed, his nephew Sheikh Rashid Shafique and 15 unidentified men.

The police department has registered the case in the presences of City police Station Office (CPO) Muhammad Yaqoob under the section 285 and 286.

The FIR says that the nominated suspects have displayed the fireworks in the Union Council 40 of NA-60 and NA-62 in Rawalpindi’s Talwara Bazaar.
