SC adjourns hearing of foreign funding case for indefinite time

The Supreme Court has on Thursday adjourned the hearing of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) foreign funding case for an indefinite time.

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and comprising Justice Umar Bandiyal and Justice Faisal Arab resumed hearing the case.

During the proceedings, Justice Umer Atta remarked that no one can be Sadiq and Ameen like holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Presenting his arguments, Akram Sheikh, the counsel of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Haneef Abbasi, said that the London flat was owned by Niazi Services and not by Imran Khan.
