SC issued contempt of court notice to Daniyal Aziz over anti-judiciary speeches

The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) has on Friday issued contempt of court notice to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and Federal Minister for Privatization Daniyal Aziz.

The federal minister has been ordered to appear before the court on February 7 (Wednesday).

Daniyal Aziz has been issued the notice over his remarks about the court.

On the other hand, The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar had formed a three-member bench headed by Justice Ijaz Afzal Khan to hear a contempt of court case against Talal Chaudhry on Tuesday.
