The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday ordered Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nehal Hashmi to submit a written apology to the court in contempt of court case.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar was conducting the hearing of the contempt of court case against former senator Nehal Hashmi.

In today’s proceedings, Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) Vice Chairman Kamran Murtaza said that he won’t defend Hashmi’s remark.
The leaders of the lawyer fraternity appealed the court to apologize the former senator.
