Four people were killed when unknown people opened fire on a car in Choto area, 40 km away from Quetta, on Wednesday.
The deceased include a woman.
According to the police, unknown bikers opened fire on the Karachi-bound car. As a result, Murtaza, Muhammad Asif, Ghulam Sarwar and Rkhsana Bibi, all residents of Quetta’s Hazara Town.
Driver Abdus Sattar was injured in the firing. His condition is stated to be critical.
After the incident, the FC, police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the bodies to Ghaus Bakhsh Raisani Hospital.
Balochistan Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri has ordered immediate arrest of the culprits.
